Early Riser

This is something that is easier said than done. I get so much done in the morning because I am not distracted by social media, friends, and family, and there is nothing on TV that is good enough to watch just yet. I know when I wake up early I get much more done rather than when waking up past 11 I feel like half of my day is gone.

Make a List

Making a list has really helped me when trying to have a productive day. Having a list helps me know what I have to do, and makes me want to do them. Make sure to put your most important things to do first that way this ensures your most important task gets completed first.

Take Breaks

No one is going to be at their best peak all day. Energy levels will be low at times. Recharge that energy. Having a nap, or a cup of coffee could make all the difference and help you throughout that busy productive day.

Say No

It is okay to say no. Say no to that lunch date. Say no to that not so important event. This allows you to really focus on you and what you have to do that day.

Celebrate Wins

Give yourself a pat on the back for completing those tasks and having a productive day. Cross out those tasks, keeping track of your achievements. Keep that motivation high to to have more productive days.
